630mm Spiral Welded Pipe, as an important component commonly used in basic engineering, its structural design and functional characteristics have been carefully considered. It mainly consists of two core parts: the helical blade and the central tube body.

The central pipe, as the main structure of the pipe pile, mostly adopts hollow cylindrical steel. This hollow design is not arbitrary but a clever approach, which not only reduces the weight of the pipe pile itself but also ensures sufficient strength to bear the load from above. This feature not only reduces transportation costs but also lessens the load on lifting equipment during construction, thereby enhancing construction efficiency.

The helical blades are tightly and regularly wound around the outside of the central tube. They are the "clamping tools" for pipe piles. After the pipe piles are driven into the ground, they can effectively interact with the surrounding soil, enhance the friction between the pipe piles and the soil, and thereby improve the bearing capacity of the pipe piles.

Some 630mm Spiral Welded Pipes are also equipped with guide pile heads at the end. During the process of installing pipe piles into the ground, the guide pile head guides the pipe piles to accurately sink along the predetermined trajectory, avoiding deviations caused by soil layer changes or construction errors, ensuring the precise placement of pipe piles and making the construction process smoother.

In addition, grouting holes can be pre-drilled on the piles as needed. In subsequent construction, reinforcement materials such as cement slurry can be injected into the soil around the pipe piles through these grouting holes, further enhancing the bearing capacity and stability of the foundation.
